About the Journal

RechtJiva is an open-access peer-reviewed journal published by the Faculty of Law, University of Brawijaya, (since 2024) and is now published regularly in March, July, and November. The purpose of this journal is to provide a place for students to publish their creative results in the field of research. All published articles have gone through a peer review process reviewed by the Board of Editors as well as a review process from a team of reviewers.
Authors who submit articles to the RechtJiva are required to fulfill the Author Guidelines as a journal writing guide and submit articles in accordance with the Journal Template, and Publication Ethic.
Publication in this Journal provides a space for critical thinking of original research results, from students and academics who have never been published in other media. The scope and focus of the published articles include the following topics:
